TYPE O
-
TYPE O began with a small, xeroxed letter “O” seen on a punk show poster in Seattle – then moved through cycles of scanning, distortion and digital manipulation – finally ending in a rug, having grown exponentially in size from its origin.
-
Wool, multiple pile heights. 150 knots, hand-knotted in Nepal. The rings ascend into the center of the rug, landing on a dense plateau.
-
Colorways are named for dead Seattle clubs, from back in the day.
